What do I do if I notice something that may be a violation of iClubs rules? - Click on "Report Violation" underneath Member Tools on the left hand side of any iClubs page. - Specify the violation, write a brief message explaining the problem and hit the "Send button". - Your host will review your email and act upon any violation. What are the iClubs rules? - By using iAgora.com's iClubs, you agree that you are solely responsible for your activities on iAgora iClubs. - As a User, you agree not to promote, transmit, or post material and content that: - is harassing, libelous, threatening, harmful, abusive, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, or any other objectionable material; - promotes hatred, racism, bigotry; - is or could be harmful to minors, or that are about or include pornography or any sexually explicit language or content; - contains or promotes information or material that is unlawful or that violates local, state, national or international law and regulation; - is considered "spam" or "junk mail", chain letters, or any other unsolicited advertising or mass distribution of email; - violates the right of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another; - advertises or offers to sell goods and services; - impersonates a person or entity, including but not limited to, an iAgora official, forum host, or guide. iAgora.com, in it's sole discretion, reserves the right to change the name of your iClub and to modify or discontinue your iClub or your membership in a iClub, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to the user, if iAgora.com believes you have violated any of the above rules. |
