How do I become a contact for a particular city?

- You can either...

1) Go to the "Travel Journal" tab of your profile by clicking on your own username.

2) Click on "edit or add more cities".

3) You will be asked to choose the country and then city which you'd like to add.

4) When the city is added to your Travel Journal, you're a contact for that city!

- Or, just by writing an iTravel review, you will become a contact for the city!

How do I change my contact status for a particular city?

- Go to the "Travel Journal" tab of your profile by clicking on your own username.

- Click on "edit or add more cities".

- You will be taken to your Cities Contact Manager page where you can alter your contact status for each city in your list.

How do I find and write to contacts for a particular city?

- First go to the contacts page for a particular city by clicking on "contacts" at the top right-hand side of the city page.

- There you will find a list of all the contacts for that city as well as their contact status.

- To write to them, either send them an iNote by clicking on the green iNote symbol: this is an iNote next to their username or by entering the question into the box.

- Alternatively, you can enter a question into the Question Box found on each city page, or on the contacts page. This question will be automatically sent to up to five contacts for that city and posted on Forums.

What do the contact symbols mean?

"I'm a native"
- means you consider yourself from this city

"I'm a resident"
- means you now live in this city

"I've lived here"
- means you lived in this city for at least 1 month

"I've visited here"
- means you visited this city for one month or less
