The MAS bar -decidely Latino-american or Spanish- has a lot to offer: fair prices, friendly waitresses, etc. the place is nearly always packed, which just goes to show how the locals rate it.
IS half-way down the Laudongasse, just by the Skodagasse. There is no sign, but you'll recognize it by the large windows and the people inside.
