While you're in Brazil, at least in Rio or Sao Paulo, assuming you've worked up an appetite, head on over to Porcao for a meal you can't forget. Although a chain whose customers tend to be American, German, and British, you get a full cross-cultural experience without the risk of leaving hungry. With drinks and dessert it can get a bit pricy, but there's something for everyone-salmon, beef, pork and an amazing salad bar. The best part though, is how the food is served: Brazilian style on large skewers..and the waiters don't stop serving until you flip over a card(because your mouth will be too full to speak) saying you've had enough in Portuguese
Pros: The variety is great and its all you can eat
Cons: A little pricey, lots of tourists
Details: There are at least 3 in Rio,more in Sao Paulo
