Manifesto Bar: "Manifesto Bar"

written: 13 July 2000

A great place to shop is the West Plaza. It has over 300 stores with the most beautiful Brazilian fashion! It is the kind of place where you could spend the whole day! It is located at Av. Francisco Matarazzo with Av.Antártica, next to Avenidas Sumaré and Henrique Schaumam. The shopping center is located just a few minutes walk for the Barra Funda subway station.

Pros: Soo much to see!
Cons: Too much to see!

Emporio Syrio is a public market, where you can just walk around or try some Syrian food. It is located at the center of the Syrian and Lebanese bairro. If you don't want to try the food at the market, there are many Middle Eastern restaurants on the surroundings.

Pros: Open market with interesting things to see.

Metro de Sao Paulo: "Metro / Subway"

written: 26 June 2000
A great way to get around in Sao Paulo is by using the metro system. By doing this you can avoid the horrible traffic! Be aware of your belongings, though! Because as in any large city, the pickpockets are always alert. By clicking in the web address below, you will be on the official page of Sao Paulo's Metro System. You can enter a departure and arrival destinations. http://www.metro.sp.gov.br/

Pros: Faster than a cab!
Cons: Pickpockets
