    the Haunted Walk of Ottawa: "jail hostel-stay if you dare!"

    I heard about the haunted walk last time I was in Ottawa and decided to try it out. Our tour went through a hostel that used to be a prison with terrible conditions. It was so eerie inside; I can’t believe people sleep there! Our guide took us through old cellblocks and we got to go inside. We even saw death row and the place they used to hang criminals. If that wasn’t creepy enough, the guide told us several true stories about bizarre unexplained events that have happened there over the years.(I don’t know if I believe in ghosts, but i'm certainly more convinced than I was before the tour!) I’ve really never seen anything quite like it. If you’re in Ottawa, you’ve got to check it out.
