Massawa: "Worst service" by seebass

My company chose Masawa for lunch. We had a set contract with the restaurant. When we arrived to pick up the food at the set time, the food was not ready. We waited 45 minutes for our food, then they charge us $15 past the agreed price. Then the restaurant refused to give us a receipt!!! The "owner" (allthough I had my doubts that she was the owner) gave us horrible service, even yelling at us saying that she had to come in early to make our food (they only open at 5pm). She started blaming US for the bad service that we were receiving. DO NOT visit this establishement, there are many better african restaurants out there to try out.
