Food: "Food in Wuhan China"

If you love spicy food and are prepared to try new and interesting cuisine Wuhan is the place for you. This centrally located city offers the more spicy side of Chinese cuisine with such mouth watering dishes as raw pigs ear, water buffalo intestine, fried eel and the infamous chicken feet. Most of these dishes are served in tongue scorching sauces that will leave you half-blind and dying for water. I recommend that you go to a hotpot restaurant if you get a chance. These restaurants give a whole new meaning to fondue. A choice of soup is served with a variety of tantalizing tidbits such as fungus, turtle, tofu, bamboo, and eel. You simply dip whatever remedies you prefer into the soup and enjoy!
Breakfasts are a little calmer, be prepared to eat your weight in steam and fried dough with a side of rice and noodles. I suggest all foreign travelers gorge themselves on breakfast, it usually is the safest meal and you never know what interesting entrée you may have later.
A few additional recommendations are as follows: Imodium AD is officially your best friend, don't leave home without it. Bring water with you wherever you go, some places charge an arm and a leg for a bottle of water. Take a small package of tissues with you, some places do not supply toilet paper. If you think it is dog meat, it probably is. Avoid black hard-boiled eggs (they make them with horse urine).
