Hmm... so you ended up in Rijeka (don't know how and why, but I am sure you have a damn good reason!)and you are rrreal hungry?? Relax, you are not going to starve, the food is cheap and delicious! If you want to have a warm snack, what you CAN'T miss is called....BUREK! It is a sort of a cheese pie, in a shape of a triangle, and it costs 7.50 kuna (around 1.50 NLG or 60UScents). You can find small kioscs all over the town, but the best one is at Braca (translation: Brothers; owned by two brothers, as much as I have heard of).
Pros: It is cheap, tasty, warm, kills your hunger!
Cons: There are no... ;)
Details: Got to the direction of an Old Town, towards Skoljic and then ask anyone!
