When you step off the train in Nice, hang a sharp left. walk down the street a bit and you'll reach a hotel that I think is called the Hotel de France. (Seriously) It's cheaper than a hostel, if you're travelling in pairs, it's a private room. The bathroom was seedy but the smelly guy at the front desk was perfectly
