I just read all these amazing reviews about the new Mövenpick Restaurant (Zur Alten Mühle) in Potsdam, so i decided to go there. Well, it looks spectacular, but itīs crowded (you must reservations, and the clientele is not so nice).
So we left and went into the town itself and found the cutest little cafe of the main street (Brandenburgische Strasse, i think. Itīs where no cars can drive). Walk down a few blocks and itīs in one of the side streets to the left. It has little green tables outside. Itīs just a coissanterie and a cafe, but itīs very nice...
Pros: cute, local, not touristic
Cons: very small...
Rating: just a tip
Details: Off the Brandenburgische Strasse
