Tourist Hotel: "Front desk, unwilling to help"

The service at the Tourist Hotel in Potenza was severely lacking, it seemed as if the managers didn't like having customers, they were rude and unhelpful. The only plus side was the waiters, they did an excellent job every meal time. The rooms were small and damp, however the maid service was also very well done.
