A couple of local foodies have started doing tours of specially selected food shops and bars. Tastings are included - you can taste spanish cheese, hams, some weirdly wonderful chocolate, and end up getting a bit sloshed sampling some really interesting and lovely wines from all around Spain - the owner of the bar who introduces the wines is seriously tasty in his own right! well worth it, but they'll also do cut-down tours if you're short on time or dosh. They're starting other tours soon, such as shopping and Cava. They're really nice people fun to be with. Check out the website www.saboroso.com
Pros: interesting, fun and relaxed
Cons: can be pricey - but worth it
Details: the tour's in the old town (barri gotic) they'll tell you where to meet 00 34 93 426 7068 tara@saboroso.com
