Well, it seems like I'm the only wine-guy at iagora!
Interested in learning more about wine, winetasting, or winemaking? One of the worlds leading winemakers, Torres offers such courses. Each month they offer an extensive programme, with such topics as wine-growing,wine-tasting, wine and food. Each of these courses include tastings of their wines and commentaries from industry professionals. I attended two of these courses, and had a great time (but thats because I am a wine guy...)Its 2 nights per week, for each course.
If you plan a visit to either Madrid, Girona, or even Santiago in Chile, they have similar Centro's there as well.
Pros: Very professional
Cons: You need a good understanding of Castillian!
