Santander is a great place to go out! i spent 5 months there and went out pretty much every night! compared to many other cities in Spain Santander remains virtually unaffected by British tourism so here you're in for a real Spanish night out! a couple of Irish bars like in every town are the only real un Spanish places and a a good place to start the night. Head to Plaza Canadio for a few chilled drinks then up to Malaspina about 2/3am for a bit more life and music then maybe to Rocambole later on! The main nights in my opinion were the weekend nights but there are many student nights and parties to occupy your time!
