Abastos: "Great place to go out to!"

written: 12 January 2002
Abastos is a disco-pub located in the Zona Vella... It has good music and plenty of fun. The pub is well-known because an important part of its clients are gays... well, I'm a girl and I have no problems, but maybe non-gay boys will feel a bit uncomfortable

Pros: Music and fun for a great night out
Cons: If you're a boy, maybe you'll feel uncomfortable
Rating: 3/4

Public transportation in S.C.: "Dritte Welt"

written: 08 April 2001
Forget to get on a bus in Santiago! There are few lines and few buses (in the best of cases, one every 30min); the information provided in the stops is bad and the trajectory may change without telling the users. If it rains (frequently!), the buses are overcrowded and new buses are never provided.

Pros: It is quite cheap
Cons: Everything else!
Rating: 1/4
