While in Sevilla, the region of origin for flamenco, take in a night of entertainment at El Carboneria. The bar has a cavern-like feeling with low ceilings, long picnic bench tables, and an great plant-filled terrace where the music spills out. Musicians (guitarists, singers, dancers, violinists, etc.) taking turns, usually fill up the little platform stage at 11 or 12 and the music just gets better as the night goes on...
Pros: cheap tapas, authentic flamenco, nice setting
Cons: can get crowded
Rating: 3/4
Details: On a side street off Calle Santa Maria la Blanca, near El Barrio Santa Cruz.
