been out in inverness 5 times, some very good pubs, found chillies very good, foxes great, went to bakoo, was enraged by very very unprofessional ignorant doorstaff, was offered pill's in the toilets, the place was way overcrowded and full of wannabe's, also saw atleast 10 under 18's in there, would not recommend. G's was a bit better decent night out but it was a friday and was dead, the doorstaff there very good young femal steward old me that everyone goes to backoo now as they are like sheep in inverness they follow each other everywhere. Went to Blue to see Timo mas, wow what a fantastic atmosphere, the place is a little tatty, but I never got offered pills and had no hassle, never saw anyone that looked young atall, what a superb atmosphere, door staff were friendly and helpful and very good looking haha, very impressed, and ive been to clubs all over the UK. Barbazza, im 30, still enjoyed it but felt young. Im living in aberdeen so it made a pleasent change, just avoid backoo, the security SUCK, wot a JOKE.

oh my god! Inverness is so damn good for a night out. especially Bex Bar. i went there with some friends and ended up walking home with bandy legs!!! if you know what i mean.

Inverness is crap. Everybody is full of dirty looks. the yard is full of drugs as is blue. Bakoo is too crowded and Blue is full of junkie kids. Foxes is ok for about 10 minutes. G's is ok if u like taking out a mortgage for a nite out and getting started on by wee kids.

The place you must start off is Wetherspoons. Cheap drinks for those who are short of cash (like all students! except michelle) From there you can go to Hootanannies (for the older folks!) Then for the younger crowd (18-25) the Yard is the place to go especially on Thursdays for the Amatuer Pole Dancing Night. It's a laugh watching drunken idiots try to dance round a pole without falling over! If you're brave enough you can try it yourself and maybe win the £100 prize! For the ones who are legally allowed to be out drinking, Bakoo is the place to go next. Its got decent music (except for the occasional 15 mins of crappy dance music), 3 bars and balcony if you would rather watch the dancing than joining in. The best part of Bakoo however has to be the fantastic cocktail bar. I strongly reccomend a strawberry Dakairi (or however you spell it!) Then over to the next bar for a tequila shot. All the underagers, neds and RnB lovers r found in Blue where the sticky floors and blocked up toilets all add to its charm! G's is where you go for a quiet nite since Bakoo opened! And thats about the only places worth mentioning! Except maybe Johnny Foxes but it can be packed with lots of old men! Have fun!
