You need to enable cookies on your browser before logging in or registering at iAgora. Please also check if some firewall or privacy software might be blocking them.
iAgora does not use persistent cookies of any kind, nor track you between different visits. There is no problem at all with clearing your cookies periodically. But temporary 'session' cookies are required in order for the system to log you in.
What is an iWork Profile?
We use the information in your iWork Profile to determine if you match the companies' minimum candidate requirements. An iWork Profile allows you to easily apply for jobs on iAgora.
It is a summary of your CV. Companies often first look at your iWork Profile to determine if you match their needs. If you do, they will then look more closely at your CV and cover letter to evaluate your application.
Do companies receive my CV and cover letter?
Yes, companies do receive your CV and cover letters. Generally, companies first review your iWork Profile to get an overview of your background, and then they review your CV and cover letter.
What if there are no job offers on iAgora that interest me right now?
We will tell you as soon as there is a new offer on the site that matches your interest and where your characteristics match the companies' stated candidate requirements. That way you don't have to waste time coming back to the site every day.
What if I've never gotten a response from a job I've applied to on iAgora?
iAgora cannot control what companies do. iAgora's responsability is to connect companies and candidates. After that, companies follow their own internal policies.
What if I'm not European?
Most of our job offers are still either located in Europe or they require that you be a European national (or have a European work permit) to qualify. While there are often exceptions, you will get the most out of the section and the service if you are European (or have permission to work in Europe).
Payment
How much does it cost?
There are three options for your iAgora Premium subscription:
· 12 months for € 18
· 4 months for € 9
· 1 months for € 5
These prices do not include 16% IVA (also called VAT or TVA).
How can I pay for iAgora Premium?
There are two ways to pay for iAgora Premium: by credit card, or from your
bank account using Moneybookers. The credit cards we accept are Mastercard,
Visa, and 4B.
Paying with Moneybookers is instantaneous if you already have a Moneybookers
account with money in it. Otherwise you must first register with Moneybookers, and
transfer money from your bank account. That can take a few days to process.
Your Premium membership will be activated as soon as we receive the payment.
Is it safe to give out my credit card number online?
Yes - it's safe! Our secure payment system is safer than buying something in a store with your credit card, as no one actually 'sees' your credit card number. You pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card.
How will my credit card be charged?
When you submit your payment by credit card online, our bank will charge your card immediately. This is a one-time payment. We will not charge your card every month as we do not save your credit card number.
Why is my Premium subscription not activated immediately?
If you are paying with Moneybookers, and you didn't already have a Moneybookers
account with sufficient money in it, you need "charge" your Moneybookers
account, either from a bank account, or a credit card. This operation can take
a few days (up to a week, depending on your country and bank).
As soon as we receive your payment, we will inform you by e-mail and activate your
iAgora Premium subscription.
On the other hand, Credit Card payments are processed instantaneously. If you
pay by Credit Card, your Premium account will be activated immediately.
Is it really worth it?
iAgora Premium gives you access to more offers and tells you when you match a company's stated candidate requirements. So you can either spend hours preparing applications for positions you are not qualified for or pay iAgora Premium's small annual fee to know which companies are looking for people with your specific characteristics.
Can anyone subscribe to iAgora Premium?
Yes, anybody can subscribe to iAgora Premium. But note that this service cannot help you overcome the visa requirements imposed by governments.
Can I buy iAgora Premium for less than 1 year?
Yes, there are three options: one month, four months, or a full year.
Do I have to pay to apply to jobs on iAgora?
No! You can still search for, and apply to jobs in iAgora's iWork section absolutely for free! iAgora Premium is an optional paying service that gives you access to even more job offers, and helps you to make your job search more efficient. However, you can still use iWork for free.
Can't I find a job for free? Why should I pay to find a job?
You can indeed find a job for free. iAgora Premium simply saves you a lot of time and energy. With iAgora Premium you will have a wider selection of job offers, and we will tell you which jobs to apply to by automatically comparing your characteristics with the candidate requirements on all of iAgora's offers.

What extra offers will I see?
There are many offers which iAgora makes available exclusively to Premium Members. So you will be able to apply to more offers than regular iAgora candidates and, therefore, your chances of getting a job will again be increased by being a Premium Member.
Can I get job offers by e-mail?
iAgora will automatically e-mail you any new job offers that match your iWork Profile. You can choose to receive these e-mails or not, by checking your e-mail preferences.
What is My Applications?
My Applications is a section of My iWork, where you can view all of your applications made to jobs through iAgora.
What is a JobMatch?
A JobMatch is a job or internship offer for which we know that the company is looking for someone with your characteristics. When you subscribe to iWork Premium we will create a report with all of the jobs currently on iAgora for which you match. After that we will send you regular updates via email every time there is a new job offer on iAgora that matches your Profile. You should keep your iWork Profile up to date to ensure you receive JobMatches appropriately.
Why are JobMatches useful?
Companies have minimum candidate requirements for their job offers. They are only interested in candidates who match these requirements (usually based on languages spoken, work and study experience, etc.). A JobMatch means you fulfill the minimum requirements and so it is worthwhile applying.
If the system says I don't "match" a job, can I still apply?
Yes. JobMatches are indicative only; if you are interested in any job in our listings,
you can apply. The company will receive your application just like any other.
How do you create the JobMatches every day?
We compare the information on your iWork Profile with the minimum requirements of all jobs posted on iAgora. If your Profile matches with the minimum requirements of jobs on iAgora, you receive a JobMatch email, and that job is added to your JobMatches page. This happens every time we publish new job and internship offers on the site.
