It is very hot and sunny and the city of Tempe is a university town. It is a nice place to concentrate on study. There are fairly good places to hang out. Also, airconditioning is pretty good inside of every building. Sun shade and screen are must have items. Read Review

There is a nice cafe called Coffee Plantation. I studied there most of the time. There is a street called Mill Avenue where shops and restaurants are.
