The Athens University of Economics and Business was founded in 1920 under the name of Athens School of Economics and Business with the objective of providing University level education in Economics and Business. In 1989 the School took its present name and was evolved into the following Departments: International and European Economic Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Management Science and Marketing, Applied Informatics and Statistics.

Personal comments:
The night clubs in Athens are very famous, also the places where the greeks are going to drink coffee (Coffeterias). Places: Tisio (a place near to the Acropolis Hill, with a really nice view of Parthenon). Events not to be missed: Carnaval from Patras (march), Olimpic Games (august 2004), Acropolis, greek islands

No. Life put us in different situation. Sometimes is better to be prepared but sometimes you should that the things as they are and try to make the best of it.

Athens University of Business and Economics is ranked as one of the 25th best schools in Europe. According to the new admission records (GMAT scores) it is the 8th.
