It becomes quite easy not to travel around...try to go to Montreal, Buffalo etc. Go to watch a Hockey Game is a must, and if possible an NFL game! Get on the Ice at least once too! Read Review

HOUSING

Business Studies, University Agreement
Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? It was very very close to the Classes, but because it was you own house as opposed to Halls of residence it gave you more independence.
Personal comments:
Very good, I would recomend the Courts over the Halls if you like a bit more independence, where as Halls provide a much more secure environment.

KEY:
Fantastic.
Pretty good.
Could've been a bit better.
Disappointing.
Variety of courses
Availability/access to resources
Interaction with teachers
Interaction with other international students
Interaction with local students
Course recommendations:
Much more interactive than UK courses! Which is a big possitive I think!! But dont choose very small classes if you're shy and would rather not speak up.

A bit annoying.
Didn't like it.
Exams throughout the course
Essays and/or projects at the end of course.

Telephone, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Can only withdraw cah for free from the bank you're with. You cant get a bank card that will allow you to purchase anything online. It's expensive to transfer money so try to do it all at oce!
