If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? allthe student the study there live on campus,so it's easier make friends and understand how the university life is
Personal comments:
They are very organize, the school book a room for you ,so you don't have to worry about a place to live.the campus is surrounded by nature, the only thing is that you need to move quite a bit for food shopping and others shopping
