I did more travelling and the usage for phone is crazy, you do not have a personal phone and there are no rate plans. Most people use mobiles which are fairly expensive or payphones. Travel, Nightlife, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Food, Overall: was the same price as at home. Housing: was less expensive than at home.

This country is EXPENSIVE! Also Brunel is not "in" London, it is a fifteen minute walk or bus ride to Uxbridge which is then an hour and a half tube ride to London which costs £6.50. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.
