Personal spending habits
Living expenses are in general quite equal to Austria. I didn't use the phone that often, simply because I did most of the communication with my friends and family through the internet. Being in a foreign country means to see as much as possible for me, so I had more travel expenses to gain lots of different travel done in The Netherlands, also I had the opportunity to visit Belgium.

Academic
Course recommendations
Due to the fact that I followed the Eurocourse, an Erasmus programme, I couldn't choose the courses, which would have been of my interest.

Important factors in my choice
(1) Unimportant – (4) Very important
Personal recommendation
The study system of problem based learning should be supported by more 'ordinary' lectures to help students understand the ongoing subjects and topics of the modules

During my experience abroad, I ...
(1) Never – (4) A lot
Became familiar with another culture
Met people from other countries
Experienced a change in life
Advanced my studies & career
Final comments
Foreign students should definitely take the opportunity and travel as much as possible in their free time-to experience and see more of the other culture. No better culturual learning than that.

Personal comments
Student housing was not too good, floors usually are taken out of the houses, which most of the foreign students don't know. Better information would be necessary.
