Why? The contact with the other student was good.
Personal comments:
It was good we did not need to look for a place to stay on our own, but the site was not directly at the campus, we had to walk for half an hour to get there.

Personal spending habits:
I travelled a lot, much more than I do at home, and I was out at the nightlife much more often than I did at home. I always shopped at Aldi, which is very cheap.
Travel, Nightlife: was more expensive than at home.
Overall, Telephone: was the same price as at home.
Food, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Do not withdraw much money on your VISA-card, it kills you in the end.

Personal recommendation:
The CAU zu Kiel had enough variety in its courses and I liked the german system more, because you learn how to make tasks and you don't have to study untill you almost drop dead.



FINAL COMMENTS

Step In (student organisation) organized some nice trips, Flensburg was nice, Hambur and Lübeck too and of course you should visite Denmark and take the Stena Line to Göteborg!
