Personal comments
Being a native Canadian, I speak fluent English and French. After attending the University, I was able to further enhance my English language and communication skills given the high quality education I was provided and the various communicative methods, i.e. essays and presentations, that I practised throughout my degree.

Personal recommendation
To renovate the buildings. Esthetically, the University requires imorovement and in return, this will certainly motivate students to study more as they will that they are in a modern environment.

Final comments
Concordia is a grat University and is very well worth the trip for International students, particularly those interested in studying business or engineering. These areas are the University's areas of expertise. Further, Montreal is an exciting city full of diversity and is an important business center. The public transportation system is very developped and the residents are very helpful. These are all factors that make attending Concordia University beneficial.
-Make use to the train or metro to get around town. Buy a montly bus pass. This will allow you to go all over town for a fixed rate.
-Dress up during winter! It gets really cold. Don't forget to bring your skates and skis. There are plenty of winter activities to be performed. During the hot, humid summers, there are many public swimming pools throughout the city.

The best night spots can be found in the streets surrounding the downtown campus. Particularly on Crescent street. The best cafes are on St-Laurent street located on the other side of the downtown area. Travel is very convinient by metro and well worthwhile. Certainly the various museums in the downtown area and the Biodome located at the Olympic Stadium are must sees. The night life is also something to be taken advantage of.
