Why? I enjoyed the atmosphere and the surounding. It was not too far from town yet I was able to Study well as well as mix with local population and improve my Danish because I had very little contact with other foriegn exchanges students like myself because the Dorm, or Kollegium was filled with other Danish students.
Personal comments:
It was plesant, well aranged and I have no complaints.

Why? Living at a student house offers me chances to integrate with other exchange students from all over the world.
Personal comments:
Housing at Copenhagen Business School is too expensive. In general, the rent for living in student houses is about 1.5 to 2 times more than the rent paid by regular Danish student. Staying in a private house could offer a good deals, but it is not really convenient to mix with other exchange students.

Personal comments:
I lived in an apartment share very close to the main shopping and entertainment area (Stroget). The Housing Office was very helpful in arranging housing and also addressing any concerns that we had.

Why? Residence hall is wonderful because of living together with studens from all over the world. This is the quickest way to make friends and you never feel lonely. There's always somebody to help you, advise you - it's easier to know information you want and you are always aware of what is going on in the university or the city.

Why? More contact with people-something that you miss our on a lot being a private house. Also a lot of the dorms had better locations, than where I was staying.
Personal comments:
My housing situation was ok except for two factors: location and contact with other people. I would ahve much rather prefered to live in a dorm, eventhough it may have been more expensive it would have made my time in Copenhagen much more enjoyable.
