If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Make sure you live on the 32nd or 33rd of Fenwick Place, this is where most of the international students go, you will have the best time there and have friends all over the world, good for travelling!!!

The accomadation is nice enough, the facilties are good and things are always fixed quickly, very comfy!!
