cause I don't live totally on my own at home so I don't have to cook everyday and clean up the house by myself. Moreover I could organize my time better in Denmark and find more time to go out and enjoy my staying there

Denmark is a very very very expensive country!! Everything was at least 1.5x the price in America, so it was hard getting adjusted to that. However, there is not much you can do about the cost.

Personal comments:
Denmark is still in Kroners, so don't think Euros will be fine there. Also, coming from America, I was used to being able to use credit cards. However, that is very rarely used in Denmark and most places only accepted Debit cards, so make sure you have another type of funding if you only use credit cards.

Mainly because everything is more expensive in Denmark than in my home country, in Hungary. On the other hand I tended to spend more on travelling and partying in general.

1. Netto is the cheapest shop. 2. Transportation is expensive. Second-hand bikes are worth to buy.
