HOUSING

Engineering, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because once I know the city and some people, an apartment is more confortable.
Personal comments:
People in the residence was really nice, I had any problems. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE
by UNKNOWN, Universidad de Zaragoza, Zaragoza, Spain
Engineering, Erasmus
Personal social experience
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Travel: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment Activities, Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
Chez George is perfect if you want to drink a wine in a nice and particular place. It's situated next to St. Germain. Paris has a very rich culture, you can visit a lot of places (the opera, a lot of theatres...) it depends on the time you have... My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
The only constraint is the timetable, it's not flexible, so it's better ask for before choosing the courses.

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: French
Was learning French a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my French How much did you improve your French?
My level before: Basic phrases My level after: At ease in most situations Personal comments:
It was a very positive experience because I learned a lot: when I first arrived I could hardly understand anything and at the end of the year I had no problem to express myself and to understand almost everything. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

EXPENSES
by BLANCA, ENSAM, Paris, France
Engineering, Erasmus
The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
An ERASMUS grant Other sources of funding:
None Work opportunities:
I didn't explore any work options Personal spending habits:
Because when you live abroad, your calls are more expensives, you travell more. And in Paris live is more expensive. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
No, the university did its best to help us. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
I knew where I was going to live, but I didn't know how my residence was. I'd prefer to know where I going to live. In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
It's a recognized university, studing there is a good choice. FINAL COMMENTS
I would repeat this experience. The only negative point is the residence,it's very old and not very confortable, on the other hand, the cité universitaire (where it's) is one of the best places for a student to live. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
