If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? You have everything you need there and moreover they offer free sports facilities. It is also good in terms of communication, especially if you are trying to learn language.
Personal comments:
The only problem was the absence of hot water for about 4 days and it is a bit cold in the rooms before the heating period stats.
