You have to choose 4-5 courses from a list of about 25 and half of them conflict so your options are very limited. Most teachers love to interact with international students, but a few can be hard to contact and unhelpful. Local students prefer to interact with other local students for the most part, therefore the international students interact with other international students. All of the international students are extremely friendly and very open to making as many friends as possible while studying there.

Personal comments
I thought the grading was unfair in two of my five classes. When I tried to contact the teachers for the grades that I received they were hard to get in touch with and didn't explain their grading procedures sufficiently. I was disappointed by the amount of subjective grading in those two classes, but the other three seemed reasonably fair.

If you are not a native spanish speaker, it might be a good idea to look for a class or two in english instead of all courses in spanish. Some teachers were hard to understand, especially at first and it would have been nice to have at least one class in english to relax in. Taking courses in spanish is a valuable opportunity however.

There is heavy emphasis put on the final exam and final projects. I would recommend trying to work on the group projects with native students, as they know the professors and what they expect from you.

Add a wider variety of courses. Ex.: management, sustainability. Offer more courses in Spanish to the exchange students.

The levels of sifficulty among courses should be consistent. Because some courses, like Leadership and Motivation, required a very minimal amount of work while others like, Risk Management and Real Estate required a very heavy commitment.

A Corporate Restructuring class is highly recommended for finance people. The course includes simulations of the IPO process and case studies of key M&A deals.

Some courses met only once a week, so the class was three hours long. This could probably be changed so that the course meets more often during the week and not for such a long period of time.

Would like to recommend the CEMS Business Project, it's an interesting experience, where you learn to work in team and cross the cultural divide in the way the southern and northern europeans work.

I think that the local teachers don't take the exchange students so seriously. That is a drawback for a graet school.

more teacher student interaction, there were some exceptions, but I think that my 3 hour classes would have been more engaging if there was more chance for student interaction.

REVIEWS BY INTERNS AT ESADE Business School
Inolvidable
Enrolled into full-time migration program during 11 weeks, providing both legal and psycho-social guidance to ensure rights such as health and education as well as migratory regulation situation belonging to people in human mobility situation where guaranteed and protected. Interviewed victims of the venezuelan national conflict, gender violence victims and other vulnerable groups to identify needs and allocate the corresponding funds Cooperate as an Encuentros member with other local and international organizations such as OIM and Care Perú in the event planning of several fairs to provide first hand fast assistance and orientation to migrants and community leaders.
Learning Agreement
An Internship that consisted of a Learning Agreement between both my college and the law firm, and myself. I mainly learned to treat with customers and take care of clients. To learn how to read what the customer wants and interpret words and desires was really useful to become a great sale manager and an effective lawyer. I believe it is fundamental to know exactly what your client wants, be able to empathize with them, and with that informations advise and reach them with the best solution and best matches their expectations.
Challenging
I worked in many different engagements with several different managers. Hardest thing is managing your time and people
