HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? The Landlord is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located near the central Paris and close to everything.
Personal comments:
ESCP-EAP does not provide housing. The school, however, provides you with a list of which students can contact individually. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

ACADEMIC
My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Compare to the courses i've taken in Canada, the courses at ESCP-EAP were very easy. Very little work required
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
need more assignments and actual textbooks to study with, some professors need to improve their English (accent) and organize their classes This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't. Personal comments:
French is a hard language to learn. I was very eager to learn French when i first arrive. However, i was getting more and more demotivated by the attitudes from the French; snobby. I still studied French all along though. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

EXPENSES
The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
Personal savings Other sources of funding:
None Work opportunities:
I didn't explore any work options Personal spending habits:
Everything is more expensive in Paris. Food, Travel, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Nightlife: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
Don't go out clubbing. one drink will cost you over 10 euros whereas back in canada it is less than 5 dollars. Wine is cheaper than water, drink wine instead ;) (kidding) Just focus on school and give yourself a break by going out, partying once in a while, not too much This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
