The program I follow is is succesively 3 countries: UK, Spain and France in 3 languages. Therefore, when it comes to English I am just improving it in professional areas. And in the meantime I need to cover my Spanish in order to be almost native the following year where I am going to study.

Personal comments:
French people are usually proficient in written English, but have difficulties understanding native speakers. I am able to understand fully dialogues in English, what I was not able to do before that stay in U.K. Thanks to my studies I could improve my proficiency in academic and everyday language.

i spoke english already fluently before i went to oxford, however living in uk for a while really made me feel very comfortable with speaking english; there is always room to improve
