I think there is no need to hire any tourist agent even small pre-planning can make your stay here wonderful,just make sure the very first city one goes,first go to that city's tourist office and collect city map,ATMs and bank information,tram and buss pass information,hostels/hotels info. that's all and all those services given by tourist office are free of cost. i recommend all students visiting ESSCA,Angers for there semesters should stay atleast once at couffon pavot residence.

At beginning of the semester abroad in a french country it was really difficult to manage communication issues but later as days passed i learned basics of french and then it was no so difficult to live and survive infact i made some very good french friends and can speak little french as well.

Europe is an expensive continent and france is one of the most expensive country in comparison to back my country india.
Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Budgeting self expenses is very important,go for major shopping once in a week inspite of shopping everyday,maintain diary and records of each expense weekly and last but not the least decide self needs and priority before shopping.

Its one the best university known for Masters programme keep same reputation in future and do ask international students to take french language more seriously and even make compulsory internship for all students.
