HOUSING
by SirCOol, Edith Cowan University, Perth, Australia
Computer Science/IT, Independent
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because, is a cheaper way to do it if u can find share mates
Personal comments:
Well, studying in Perth is gd. Most University's accomodation are small. will be much better off finding your own accomodation with a few share mates who is responsible...and is cheaper This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
im not going anywhere just transferring to another university in perth In my opinion:
Stay home.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
dont be fooled ECU is not worth it i spent 1 year and im transferring to another university. the lecturers for communication are old, some dont seem to know what they are talking about. dont provide much asistance. Please apply somewhere else. Believe me i hated every moment of it. its basically a company that takes your money no education. a money making organisation. Ecu is not even one of the best rated university in Aussie and its soooo expensive (seriously). better use of ur money at Curtin or Murdoch and better job prospects and they are also well rated universities in Australia at least people know about them ECU is none existent.....THINK TWICE!!!! FINAL COMMENTS
If you do come and have no accomodation contact nacel they provide accommodation for students for Ecu and they can collect u at the airport. the houses are nice fully furnished and u live with students from Ecu close to the university. food is not provided You make ur own. Dont just come without accommodation nomatter what they tell you. its not easy to find housing in perth Believe me. housing is expensive so is the life here. Perth is not the cheapest actually melbourne is cheaper but anyway come prepared. And be prepared to be independent its "each man for himself" here. wishing u the best. and do smile and make friends otherwise your stay will be unbearable!!!!!mwaah This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
