HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Sth with private bath and toilet but in centre
Why? I appreciate private facilities(toilet, bath, kitchen) but the life is in the centre...
Personal comments:
Sucks! No private facilites, VERY unclean, small rooms with bad utilities, bad arrangements This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

ACADEMIC
My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
be careful what to chose, english titles and descriptions are mostly misleading
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
EUR still is NOT an international uni. They need to make more efforts to support international students(like profs not starting speaking dutch in english courses and all announcements should have english translations as well) This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

My level before: Did not speak it My level after: Did not speak it Personal comments:
Everybody speaks english so no prob with that. Dutch sounds hard and EUR asks for 450 euros per trimester to teach you!!! I wanted to but 1400 euros for one year is TOO much for me This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

EXPENSES
The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
Family Other sources of funding:
Loan Work opportunities:
I didn't explore any work options Personal spending habits:
International phone calls are always expensive and here very much so, housing is TOO expensive compared to Greece(salaries are triple though), drinking in Holland is cheap and clubs and food normal, transportation is very expensive compared to greek standards but of high level Travel, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Food: was the same price as at home. Nightlife: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Transportation and Housing is TOO expensive compared to Greece. General cost is surely higher than what EUR claims. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
That I would be the only international sutend in my MSC(!!!!!), that Dutch people aren't that social with international ones, that cost is higher than claimed... In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
If you are a social person and follow courses with many international students you'll probably like it very much... Mediterraneans(Greeks, Italians, Spanish etc) don't do so that much, due to serious culture clashes... FINAL COMMENTS
Search more, understand that you have to do everything on your own and try to make the best out of it... and travel if you ahve the money.... This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
