The University of Applied Sciences Solothurn Northwest Switzerland is situated at the southern rim of the Swiss Jura Mountains. There are 30-60 minute railway-connections to the cities of Zurich, Basel, Bern and Lucerne. With its pleasant climate - rather dry in winter and moderate heat in summer - it offers countless opportunities for skiing, hiking and other summer and winter activities.
The University of Applied Sciences Northwest Switzerland Solothurn is a seat of learning of manageable size. This guarantees you, as a prospective student, the possibility of establishing close and productive relationships with professors and lecturers. You will also get the chance to play an active role in research projects. it was a nice house , well allocated (close to the university)and very well equipted. The cost was the only negative thing.

Concerning nightlife, do not miss swiss discotheque experien with a wide kind of music (especially disco and funk) place: Boiler in Aarau, especially for the "Disco Deluxe" parties

some courses were really good but some courses were not that good. And in many cases when I do group work local students formed group by themselves so there were not many Interaction with them.

It was really hard at the beggining because of the other's people language level (much better than mine), but during the semester i improoved my level surprisingly, becomming fluent and the end of it.This was achieved with dairly self study of english as well as the university classes and social life.
