Personal comments
the walls were very thin, with little or no insulation between them. therefore, the heat would be 80% lost in the first 40 min.all kitchen utilities were very old and non 100% functional. heating and electricity are not included in the rental price. I did not move from this house because I was on a scarce budget.

Final comments
even if you think you have enough time to study for exams and final projects, it would be better to start studying at the very beginning of the course ,i.e. September. you will have a great advantage, especially if you are attending lectures from other courses.
