Why? Good to live with Quebecois people, meant I could choose where I lived.
Personal comments:
Choice of finding a place through HEC (GIA Gestion) or finding a place yourself. Very easy to find an apartment to share in Montreal as everyone sublets. Most people seemed happy with their GIA Gestion accommodation as well.

On tuesdays you have a lot of students going out to clubs and discos. Great brunches for a lazy Sunday in the St. Laurent and Outremont areas!

More capacity to chose course would be better, also less changes in the courses schedule, but in general the teachers were outsetanding and the classes environment perfect.

I have been lucky to leave with anglophone students, though many french students in exchenge program remain with the francophone communityand do not improve their english. I did it pretty well.

A very small university which will give you the opportunity to really improve your French. And next to the classes you have enough time to explore the city and the rest of the country. Even got the change to see NYC!



FINAL COMMENTS

Travelling in and around Montreal is great. Trips to Toronto, Niagara Falls, Quebec City, NYC and Boston.
