If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? All the foreign students are living here. Therefore it's a very international.
It's cheap for Amsterdam and close to the HES

The life is generally more expensive in Amsterdam than in Pris and this is specially true for the food and the housing, but for the nightlife it was the frequency that made me spend more than at home Food, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Travel, Nightlife: was the same price as at home. Telephone: was less expensive than at home.
