Family
Other sources of funding:
An ERASMUS grant

I didn't explore any work options
Personal spending habits
Because I had to pay all my expenses, in my home country, my parents paid everything. Regarding the travels and nightlife, there were more opportunities to travel because the school organized many trips, and the nightclubs are a must to meet new people and enjoy all the Erasmus and Finnish students.

Personal comments
Well if you go out at night too much you can spend a lot of money, especially at the weekends. At Fridays and Saturdays you pay 7€ to get in a discotheque, plus 2€ for the jacket, and a beer is 5€.

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Because I consider myself to be an independent person. So I need to have my own room, but I love to be with many persons so I would like to share the apartment with students.

My favorite place is LUX to go out at night, Kungliga is also very good, and their all in the centre of Helsinki. The hokey games are also great, Finish opera is a must and if you love nature, Finland is the best place to go, it has many places to visit, such as Nuxio, Lapland, and such. And of course, skiing in the winter! Finland has many skiing resorts. The courses were great; they gave a lot of support to exchange students.
