HOUSING
Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Jette campus
Why? social life in a campus is great... in the meantime rooms where single, so privacy, when recquired, is possible! The location was also optimal, close to a forest, although I was a bit far from the center,
Personal comments:
I would come back specifically in Jette because in the end I got addicted and now I really love it and miss it so much!!! However, at the beginning, my personal commentary was " i don't want to stay here for more than 2 days" !!!!!!!!!!!! But it was only a matter of impact (the building is grey surrounded by corves and clouds, smellinh bad at the entrance and inside empty and grey..... But once you start to live there, you get charmed!! And what's beautiful, it's that you don't expect it at all!!! if you think I'm crazy, well... I'm not the only person thinking this wayafter jette experience ;)!!!!!!!!!!

Overall
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal comments:
mmmmm Boys baudoir is very nice ;). mostly our typical night was delirium at first (lekkere biertjes ;) and then Celtica...which mostly many girls hated for the people insede :(... but who knows why, even if it was hated by most people, almost every saturady or friday was finishing there... But my favourite place is a bar next to the the grote markt... but I don't remember the name...we call it the " couch place" because it's full of couches distributed in three strange floors... and then other places such as corbeau (op de tafel!!!) the box and beautiful bresialian bars... with bresilian (one really nice but it's mine ;) guys avalaible to teach you how to dance bossa nova or samba... ;)!!!!!!!!!! many other places are nice but forgot the names!!!!!! the only place i didn't like at all was "you" discoteque: difficult to enter, and for what? once you are in, it's crowded of 14/15 and half max years old people, commercial music and not special drinks :-\... i went a saturday night in the 2nd semester and it was also the last one!!!

Personal comments:
Ik hou van nederlands!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the onluy problem I had was in the beginning, when i enrolled for Frans III: the class was composed only by flemish people and me... The problem was when I had to make a presentation with three of them...we coulnd't understand each other... but, fortunately the 2nd semester made me understand theese three (especially 2 ugly -in all senses- girls!!!) where peculiar cases... my other mates were really nice and we could talk also in dutch many times...i went 0out with a girl also...with all other international students of course no proble, because also of the fact that we were all in the same situation. However, With some people I made really close relationships... from all over europe and not only ..
