During the 2006-07 academic year[1], it had 1805 undergraduate students, 147 graduate students, and its 264 academics attracted research funds for a total of €3,7 millions. 63% of the graduating students had done paid industrial placements. ICAI sent 150 students abroad for international exchanges and hosted 92 international students. It has exchange agreements with 49 European universities and 41 US and Asian universities.

Madrid is the spanih capital and after your international experience you can go everywhere in spain and dicover this wonderfull country. personaly I have been from madrid to Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga during 2 months and sevilla before coming in France using car, bus and train. Why? because my flatmate were spanish and it is really better to learn a language faster.

housing at this university was prety good, a lot of choice and comodities everywhere. some student were a litle bit far from the university but nothing dramatic

Personal comments:
the best bar in madrid is certainly the Honky-Tonk bar, with concerts everyday and rock music for everybody. you have also to visit the museums (Prado and thyssen)where the most famous pinter are exposed. during the week-end you have to do the retiro market, a famous tipical spanish market and finish your day in the Rastro park, where you can take the sun listening Djumbe music and meeting people.

all courses are in spanish so for student with a medium level it will be hard at the bigining, but teachers are realy helpfull.

at the bigining it was hard to speak and during the first week i was listening without speaking, but afeter i started to speak ad when you have conversation with teachers, students, or people in the street or bar you improve yourself realy faster. but becarful to don't stay only with students speaking your language.

because the life level in spain is under the french one, everything is cheaper exeptly some rare things.
Telephone: was more expensive than at home.
Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Housing: was less expensive than at home.

if you have a car in madrid it is almost imposible to park it. and even if you can it is never free and amount are realy expensive.

Teachers and courses are realy interessant, so even if you want to enjoy the spanish night life, try to wake up the morning, it is a real opportunity.
