HOUSING
by Heena, University of Westminster, London, United Kingdom
Business Studies, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Student Housing Association
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Would like to live closer to the university, but I know that Ichthus doesn't have accomodation on campus
Personal comments:
The accomodation itself was fine, however if there were problem, i.e. Damp, or water leaking the association took a long time to rectify the problems. However this was the housing association and not the university. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

I hoped that local university provides the possibility to learn local language, but unfortunaltey it was not possible. Fortunaltey Dutch are very good in speaking English, so language was not obstacle for communication This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
No, most of the things you learn by doing them, it was nice to discover everything myself. In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
It's a very nice school, people are nice and the social aspects are very well represented. The economics department wasn't very organized, but the management department is. It's a great experience, the location of the school is nice and the lessons are mostly interesting. FINAL COMMENTS
Make sure you have a map of the city, with the public transport on it as well. It's good to know dutch people as well, who can help you if you have a problem or need something. It's good to know that most dutch people speak very good english, so the language shouldn'be a problem. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
