Why? Cheap and close to everything: pubs, niteclubs.
Personal comments:
It's pretty good 'cos you have all the facilities, you live with other students, and you are close to the IT! But it's more expensive than private houses!

In the beginning you have to enter and understand the local slang, but after a few months, you'll properly speak with everyine and in all the situations!
