Personal comments
I passed the Swedish Language and Culture exam but didn't really speak much of it as I hung out with the INternational STudents all the time and we spoke English to each other. Besides, the local students were fluent in English and we had no problem communicating in English

In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
Important factors in my choice
(1) Unimportant – (4) Very important
Personal recommendation
I learned alot from this experience. The professors came from all over the world and you get to taste different kinds of food and cultures. Local students were nice and friendly and working together as a group in a project was the best thing of all. I learned how the local students worked and was very impressed by their punctuality and hard work.

During my experience abroad, I ...
(1) Never – (4) A lot
Became familiar with another culture
Met people from other countries
Experienced a change in life
Advanced my studies & career
Final comments
I strongly recommend everyone to go to this university. Punctuality is the most important thing for the locals and they expect you to be like them too. Always be alert when the class is in session as lessons go really fast and by the time you realised it, it's already too late.

Sveas was the bar that we usually hang out on most Saturday nights. Other than that, we usually went to the Student Bar too. The cafetaria in the school served the best Swedish food I've ever tasted!

Personal comments
I never lived in a better condition. ALl the furniture in my room were from IKEA and I had such a big room just for myself. My Belgian and Swedish roomates were really nice and we had dinner together once every week. That's when we had the chance to sit down and really talk and have fun!
