most of them were able to speak english and medium of instruction was in english and professors were very good in their english.I felt equally same with my home country

Personal spending habits:
i need buy international calling cards to call home in the beginning but now i use internet and in my culture not much used to night life
Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.
Food: was the same price as at home.
