It is a diversified centre for education and research, where science and arts come together in a unique fashion. The four faculties of education, law, social sciences and art and design - both combined and as separate units - all form an aggregate that will creatively meet the challenges of the coming millennium with courage and new courses of action.

It's best to buy some warm clothes before you leave! Travelling around Finland is great in summertime (after university is over) with the train (half price with Finnish student card). Basic knowledge of English is useful, there were some international students that didn't speak a word of English and they had a hard time at the start. Great experience. I would leave right away if I could! Read Review
